签证中心要求翻译公司出具的声明是什么？

顾客们在办理签证翻译的时候，除了需要翻译签证中心所要求的的翻译资料清单里的内容还需要加盖翻译公章，甚至更有要求翻译公司出具相关证明，这里的翻译声明就是指的是证明所翻译资料确属某某翻译公司翻译，证明材料翻译的权威性，一般也是要在其上面加盖翻译章的。
以下就是我翻译公司出具的相关声明，供客户参考：

我翻译公司在翻译文件时，一般会在每页翻译件上标注

2. 翻译公司名，公司地址
3. 译员姓名、联系电话（手机OK）
4. 翻译日期
5. signature（签名）。
